Projects This is what we do
UCL Wearable Exoskeleton
This is fantastic! Thank you and your team for your valuable help.Xenia Karekla, Accessibility Research Group University College London
We’re always up for a challenge, but when we were asked to explain how UCL hope to be able to rid the world of wheelchairs using a nanotechnology-based wearable exoskeleton…..in only one minute….we had to think really hard!
Our solution was a split screen showing both the idea and the research team explaining it at the same time.
And as this is a future-tech project, we also used animation (as the real exoskeleton is not yet built) to show both the construction of the material and give an impression of what it will look like on the human body.
We also wanted it to feel quite emotional, as to rid the world of wheelchairs is a pretty awesome goal, so we shot it with a shallow depth of focus to give it a really beautiful look.
Thanks very much to UCL for once again giving us total carte blanche to do whatever we wanted on this project. We’re so pleased you like it :o)
